1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the H2 Bathrooms website (h2bathrooms.com.au) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
H2 Bathrooms (ABN 678 274 078, QBCC Licence No: 15606069) provides residential bathroom renovation, laundry renovation, residential tiling and move-in renovation services in South East Queensland. All services are subject to a separate written agreement, quote or contract which will take precedence over these general terms.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided by H2 Bathrooms are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on the scope of work outlined in the quote. Any changes to the agreed scope may result in variations to the quoted price. H2 Bathrooms will notify you of any variations in writing before proceeding with additional work.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement or quote. Deposits may be required before work commences. Progress payments may apply to larger projects. Final payment is due upon practical completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in your agreement.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your property and project requirements. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary council approvals or body corporate permissions prior to works commencing. You must ensure reasonable access to the property is available during agreed working hours.
6. Variations
Any changes to the agreed scope of works must be requested in writing and will be subject to a formal variation. H2 Bathrooms reserves the right to adjust the project timeline and price in response to approved variations. Work will not proceed on a variation until written approval is received from the client.
7. Defects and Warranty
H2 Bathrooms warrants that all work will be completed in a proper and workmanlike manner in accordance with applicable Australian standards. Any defects identified within the applicable statutory warranty period should be reported to us promptly in writing. We will rectify defects caused by our workmanship at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect or modifications made by third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, H2 Bathrooms' liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the value of the services provided under the relevant agreement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of income or business interruption.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design concepts, is the property of H2 Bathrooms or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.
10. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. We reserve the right to restrict access to the website at any time without notice. The information on this website is provided in good faith but we make no warranties regarding its accuracy or completeness.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
